Diary of a Wannabe Internet Marketer

7.00am Alarm goes off and hits the snooze button, awakened from a dream of working on computer poolside (living the internet dream! Oh yeah)
- 7.10am Struggle to get out of bed and head for the shower
- 7.25am Get dressed, drink coffee and login to the computer. Look at emails – see an email Make Money in 48 hours from now, another 50 emails in the inbox that look much the same
- 8.10am SHIT Late for work again1
- 9.10am Arrive at 9 to 5 job or grind-stone. Swear to myself NEVER buy another Internet Marketing product again. Decide the task of the day is write an article and do some backlinking.
- 10.30am Mini break – Check emails -again, check website stats and wonder why not getting more traffic – make a mental note to create more backlinks.
- 12.30pm Lunch break and look over emails and see an email about the best traffic wizz-bang super-dooper programme, push the link in the email and get taken to a sales page, as the video loads I swear not to buy another product, just doing research that’s all. [Boy it's exactly what I need the missing piece of the puzzle, must BUY! ]
- 12.45pm Purchase product, feeling elated. Plan to set it up tonight. The video says just 10 minutes set-up time – fantastic!
- 7.30pm Get home from work. Inhale food and get stuck into the “new” program watch 8 of the 12 training videos, decide to skip the last 4 as it’s already
- 12.30am Try to set up system following along with the video
- 2.30am System still not working – must go to bed
What was I supposed to be doing today – oh yeah that’s right – driving traffic to my websites.
